LICENSING/HEALTH DEPARTMENT - Are the carts approved by Health Dept? – Each cart is different and local requirements vary. Consult your local Environmental Health Dept first to see what requirements are needed to license your cart in your area and for your activity, especially sinks. Private events, catering, Farmer’s Markets and Fixed Locations might have different stipulations. We will not be responsible and/or liable for purchases made without prior code approval. All custom orders (colors, specifications, add-ons, etc.) are nonrefundable. Returns only with previous authorization and 35% minimum re-stocking fee. Return freight charges are not covered.
DAMAGE - My cart’s crate arrived damaged. My cart was damaged during shipping. What do I do – Unfortunately this happens. VERY IMPORTANT!
If shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery. If you choose to keep any damaged item, make note of damage, take pictures before signing your paper and releasing driver. A claim will then be submitted by UVC. Compensation will depend on claim outcome. UVC will only extend whatever claim compensation is. UVC is not responsible for costs above compensation amount. No returns/cancellations after 10 days.
DELIVERY TIME - What is the estimated delivery time? – custom carts can take 4-6 wks to be delivered from the day art is approved and a 50% deposit is made. Carts that are in stock are shipped in about 2-3 business days.
ONLINE ORDERS – Should I order online? – Ordering online is simple and secure. If the cart in the color you chose is not available, you will be notified with new estimated time of delivery. We will also check delivery address to confirm shipping cost. If you are not satisfied with changes in delivery time or adjusted shipping costs, you will receive a full refund.
COST - How much do the carts cost? – All standard carts displayed on the website show the price. If you need any changes or customization, some options are shown before checkout. If what you need is not shown in the options, we will provide you with a quote.
How do you ship the carts? Domestic by LTL. Overseas by ocean freight or air freight.
How much is shipping costs? Standard shipping (dock delivery or nearest FedEx Freight facility only) is shown at check out. Residential deliveries, lift gate, limited access, indoor deliveries, will incur additional fees. areas. Overseas, please ask for a quote.
How long does it take to ship? We ship from South Florida or Southern California. Standard carts in stock usually take 2-3 days to ship after payment plus transit time.
Domestic East coast - allow 3-4 business days.
Domestic West Coast - allow 6-7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number to know when the cart will be delivered.
What if I’m not available to receive the cart? – Call immediately and plan for a different day if possible. Companies usually charge a reconsignment fee for redeliveries, which you want to avoid.
