Can I rent more than one cart at a time?

Yes! You can rent either one or both our freezer cart and hot foods cart. We also may have other carts available if these do not satisfy the needs of your event.

Question 2

I'm interested in booking, do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We require a 50% deposit upon your reservation. The remaining 50% is due prior to the start of your event.

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

A refundable security deposit applies to unattended equipment rentals. The deposit is returned after the equipment is inspected and confirmed to have no damage beyond normal wear, or missing items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Zelle payments, ACH transfers, and credit cards. Please note credit card payments will incur a 3% service charge fee.

How do your branding add-ons work?

For custom elements—including decals, wraps, custom umbrellas, and custom canopies—we’ll provide a design template for you to complete and return as a vector file. We also recommend including a rendering to help us fully understand your vision and bring it to life as accurately as possible.

How far in advance should I reach out about my event?

Most events require at least 2 weeks of planning and preparation. However, if you have an urgent need for your event, reach out and we will do out best to accommodate your needs. Please note that rush events may incur additional fees.

Do you offer long term rentals?

Yes! Contact us with your event length and we'll work with you to create a rental package at a better rate!

I noticed you're based in San Diego, do you offer rentals elsewhere?

Yes! We rent nationwide for events. Please inquire if you have an event outside of San Diego so we can properly quote you. Thanks!

How are travel fees calculated?

Accepted Answer

When quoting travel fees, we primarily factor in distance, delivery time, and pickup time. Early drop offs and late night pick ups may incur additional fees. Our rentals are based in zip code 91911.

Are there size requirements for the cart?

Yes. Our carts are somewhat limited access and cannot fit through standard 36" doorways. However, we would love to work with you if this is a problem for your event. We may have other options available that can suit your needs.

Do you offer other carts for rental?

Yes! We do offer other limited alternatives that may better fit certain venues or events. Please inquire for details if interested.

What other customization options do you offer?

We are open to collaborating with clients on custom flavors, branded packaging, and more! We may also have other cart options available upon request. We want to do our best to ensure your event is a success!

Do your carts need access to electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our equipment is powered by electricity, but we do have portable power banks that can reduce the necessity for standard outlet access.  Please note usage of power banks are charged at $50 per event.

Can I combine more than one equipment for my event?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. Our carts countertop space is semi-limited and usually only accommodates one equipment choice. However, we can do our best to find a solution for you if more than one equipment choice is needed for your event. Please note this will incur additional fees, outlined in your final quote.
