Do you sell syrups? - No, but we have a few recommendations. 

Is the Shaved Ice Machine included? - Yes, but you can also purchase your own preferred machine. 

Do I need electrical power? - Yes, but the Shaved Ice Machine can be operated with a power bank as well. 

What is your warranty? - We offer a 1-year limited warranty for defective parts (wheel, caster, umbrella).

All the components are tested and verified to be functioning correctly before they are shipped. If by any chance there is a problem, please take a picture and send it to us. We will pay for the shipping of the defective part (label sent via email after our approval) and send a replacement part.
