How many hours will my product stay frozen?
As long as the cart is operating with electricity, the items will stay frozen. That being said, hot outside temperature can affect the freezer's efficiency. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Can I use the cart for other products?
This is a versatile cart as it can be used as a cooler (with ice packs/bags or cold plates) for cold drinks instead of frozen items.
How do I transport my cart to venues?
A loaded cart can weigh up to 300lbs. We recommend a trailer with a ramp or sturdy custom ramps and a small winch to load the cart onto a pick-up or utility van.
Can I use this cart for scoop ice cream?
Yes. We recommend this for indoor events where you have access to electricity. The cold plates will help to keep the product cold while you transport it. The sliding glass doors are great for showcasing your product. This also results in less effective insulation, which you have to take into consideration.
Can I order the cart in another color?
We can wrap the cart in a specific color.
Can I customize the cart with my logo?
Yes. Please send a high-resolution or vector format print-ready art file.
I don't have a vector format art file. Can you work with that?
We can convert your file for a $25 fee.
Can I see how my logo will look on the cart?
We offer a rendering with one revision at no charge. A $50 fee is charged for multiple revisions.
How can I save on shipping?
We can ship the cart to a freight facility near you, where it can be picked up.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty for defective parts (wheel, caster, umbrella, cold plates).
The freezer has a limited one-year manufacture warranty.
All the components are tested and verified to be functioning correctly before being shipped. If by any chance there is a problem, please take a picture and send it to us. We will pay for the shipping of the defective part (label sent via email after our approval) and send a replacement part.
